Candi at 20 weeks

Here is an updated picture of me at 20 weeks. We took one a few weeks ago, but there really wasn't much change from the first picture we posted. I am sure my bump will grow a lot more in the next few weeks.

I have been feeling baby a LOT lately. Joe got to feel the baby last Friday for the first time. He was so excited. Mom and Grandma felt the baby on Tuesday night this week. It is so much fun to feel the baby moving!

It's a girl...we think...

The doctor said the cord was in the way most of the time so he tried his hardest to look around and see if the cord would move. After 20 minutes, he finally looked up at us and said he thought it was a girl. I asked him what made him think it was a girl and he showed us one picture with three small lines that usually means girl. Hopefully you will be able to see the lines in the picture below. It was only on the screen for a short period of time so he scheduled me for another sonogram on September 1st just to make sure. I don’t think the doctor would have said anything if he wasn’t pretty positive about the gender. I will keep everyone posted, but for now we are buying girl stuff and saving the receipts.

The doctor put his curser on the left side to point out the three lines which usually mean it is a girl.

You can see the baby's arm in this picture

You can see a little hand here

You can see the face pretty well here
